Description

This is a 2-storey outbuilding from the early to mid 19th century, located next to the former Council Offices. It is constructed of rubble, with some parts being partly coursed, and features dressed quoins and voussoirs. The building has hipped slate roofs with oversailing eaves and a band course. At the rear, there is a corbelled brick chimney stack, and ventilation slits are situated above boarded doors leading to the yard. The outbuilding also has two camber-headed windows, while other openings have been blocked. A rubble lean-to is attached to the northern end.
