Description

Pentre is a two-storey building featuring a rendered exterior, possibly over a brick re-facing, with a dentil eaves course and a slate roof that includes a small roof light. The structure has a large square central ridge stack and a brick end stack, along with a rendered lean-to at the rear. There are four wood casement windows, with the ground floor windows positioned under segmental arches. The entrance has a modern glazed door and a modern conservatory porch.

Although not fully inspected, the building appears to be a chambered hall house, showcasing exposed chamfered beams and an ovolo-moulded lintel above the fireplace on the ground floor.
