Description

Plas Gwyn is a two-storey building featuring lined-out render over squared rubble and brick, topped with a slate roof that has end wall and axial stacks. The structure is symmetrically planned with a central entrance flanked by slightly advanced wide gables. It has a shallow gabled entrance porch with renewed bargeboards. Each outer gable has 3-light mullioned leaded windows on both floors, complete with drop-ended hood moulds. An added canted bay window on the left-hand gable has been cut through to create French doors. The gables' bargeboards are decorated with recessed trefoiled panels and finials, while the oversailing eaves are supported by moulded brackets.
