Description
The building is a former English Wesleyan chapel, constructed in red brick and featuring a gabled front with a pediment treatment. It is a single storey with three bays, and includes stone dressings such as a plinth, bull nosed quoins, and architraves, topped with a slate roof. The gable pediment is narrower than the full frontage and has wide kneelers, with a curved-sided triangle at the top that contains a punched trefoil attic ventilator. Below, there are round arched headed small pane sash windows with architraves, keystones, and cills. The central entrance is also arched headed and has a similar architrave, with a fanlight above modern doors and a canopy. There is a rectangular plaque above the entrance, but the inscription has been completely erased.
To the right, the building has a whitewashed rubble side that extends beyond the rear of the adjoining houses. The left side and rear are slate hung, featuring one small pane window similar to those at the front, but without an architrave.
The interior has been completely altered, retaining only a ceiling ventilator.
