Description

The lychgate to the Church of Saint Matthew features two side walls made of rubble stone, with inner benches. It has a gabled roof covered with stone tiles, and weatherboards at the front and rear gables. Inside, two roughly shaped wall-posts support a queen-strut truss in the center of the two-bay roof. There is a similar truss on the eastern side. The lychgate also has plain wooden gates.
