Cefndyrys Farmhouse, including attached farm ranges

Cefndyrys Farmhouse is a 2-storey, 3-window house built of rubble stone, featuring a slate roof and a brick stack on the right side. The front (east) of the house has its openings offset to the left, with the upper storey covered in weatherboarding. The entrance includes a panelled door beneath a gabled canopy. To the left of the entrance is a 12-pane horned sash window set in a brick surround, and to the right is a 3-light window that incorporates a casement. The upper storey contains small 2-light windows in earlier openings.

On the left (downhill) side of the house is a lower lofted farm range constructed of brick, with a weatherboarded loft and a slate roof. This range features a boarded cross-passage door at the right end, next to the house, followed by a 2-light small-pane window, a split boarded door, and another similar door leading to a large pen further left, which is open above a coped brick dwarf wall. The loft has two boarded doors. Further left and set back is a lower range that is partly weatherboarded and partly replaced with corrugated iron sheets, with a stone gable end and a corrugated iron roof. This section has a central replacement door. Next to it on the left is an even lower weatherboarded range, also set back and topped with a corrugated iron roof, featuring two boarded doors.

At the rear of the house, there is an added late 19th-century outshut made of blue brick on the left side, and to the right of this is an added blockwork porch. The property has not been inspected.
