Description
Eiranfa with Post Office is a surviving part of what was once a good group of village cottages. The building features two bays on the left side of the terrace, along with a return wing that has a slightly projecting gable at the front. The exterior is made of quasi-dressed slate masonry, laid uncoursed, topped with a small-slate roof that includes a valley gutter. A double carved gable bargeboard adds decorative detail, and there is a brick chimney located at the junction of the two ridges.
The windows include 12-pane hornless-sash designs both above and below in the gable wing, set beneath cambered slate arches. In the two bays of the main range, there are nine-pane similar windows positioned against the eaves. To the left in the main range, there is a door with a small overlight and a cambered slate arch. On the right side, a shopfront features a bracketed fascia and two display windows.
