Description

The bridge over the River Clywedog is constructed from coursed and squared stone and features a single arched span. It has canted abutments on each side, with a retaining wall that extends parallel to the main axis of the bridge for a short distance to the south. The arch is made up of voussoirs on each side, and there is a scrolled bracket that supports the stepped upper structure of the bridge. The parapet is finished with raking copings.
