Description
The Cup and Saucer is a notable structure consisting of a shallow circular stone bowl with a cylindrical stone weir, located in the dammed Black Brook. Water flows vertically down from the bowl and exits through a rusticated tunnel entrance. This entrance is flanked on each side by splayed stone walls that feature wide flat stone parapets, which are integrated into the slope.
