Description

Maelor View is a semi-detached cottage built in a style that matches the adjacent Maelor House. It is constructed from rubble stone with stone quoins, has a slate close-eaved roof, and features a brick stack at one end. The cottage has two storeys and a single front, with a door located to the right and a 4-pane hornless sash window in the centre on each floor. The windows have tooled stone lintels and sills. The ground floor window and door are topped with large shaped stone lintels, and the door is a four-panel design with a single overlight above it.
