Description
Bryn Newydd is a 2½-storey farmhouse built of brick, featuring a slate roof with sawtooth eaves and brick chimney stacks. The central entrance consists of a boarded door with a 2-pane overlight, which is sheltered by an added gabled canopy. The windows are primarily 3-light casements with segmental heads and stone sills, except for a 2-light window located centrally in the upper storey. A shallow gable at the center of the building has a blind tablet. On the left gable end, there are two casements and an inserted door on the lower storey, along with a small-pane 2-light window in the upper left and two similar attic windows. At the rear, there is a 2-storey wing on the right side and a lean-to on the left side, both of which are depicted on the 1873 Ordnance Survey. The property has not been inspected.
