Description

Ddol Afon Cottage is a single-storey cottage featuring three windows, constructed of rubble stone with a slate roof. It has chimney stacks to the right of the center and at the left end. The windows are horizontal sliding sashes, which are late 19th century replacements in their original openings, except for the right-hand window that has replaced an original doorway. There is a boarded door to the left of center, equipped with strap hinges. The left gable end includes an inserted sash window on the left side and a smaller window on the right. At the back, there is an added parallel rear wing made of rubble stone.
