Description
Panton Hall is a mid-18th century house constructed of local red brick in Flemish bond, featuring a parapet and string courses. The building is two stories tall with a three-window front that includes horned sash windows. The central bay is slightly advanced and has a shallow pediment with a lunette. On the first floor, there is a round-headed small-pane sash window, while the ground floor features a doorway with a moulded stone architrave, a segmental pediment, and a pulvinated frieze, although the door itself is from the 20th century. The windows in the outer bays have rubbed brick heads. The returns of the house each have a window on both floors. At the rear, there is a single-storey lean-to added in the 1960s, and the upper part of the house has been rendered with a modern casement window. Additionally, there are two rebuilt brick chimneys. The interior of the house has been virtually completely modernised.
