Description

Hawthorn Cottage is a single-storey cottage featuring rendered walls and a slate roof. It has lower extensions at each end that match the main materials. The central section, which is the original part of the building, has prominent end stacks made of exposed stone. The doorway is located to the left of center and includes a boarded door within a large modern porch. To the left of the door, there is a window with 9-pane fixed glazing, while to the right, there is a horizontal-sliding sash window. The left extension has two windows: one with 4-pane fixed glazing on the left and a 3-light casement window on the right. The right extension features a modern casement window.
