Description
45 Clwyd Street is a 2-storey building that forms part of a group with 43 Clwyd Street. The structure has an irregular three-window range and is rendered under a slate roof, featuring quoins, although the stacks are missing. A panelled door is located at the center, providing access to first-floor accommodation. The ground floor has late 20th-century shop fronts, while the upper storey is fitted with small-pane top-hung wooden windows.
The shop front of No 45 includes a wooden half-glazed door on the left and a transomed window on the right, all beneath a plain cornice. The upper storey has a paired window. Inside the shop, there are chamfered cross-beams and plain joists.
