Description
49 Clwyd Street is a two-window range building that stands one-and-a-half storeys tall. It is rendered and lined on a plinth and features a slate roof. There is a rendered stack that is slightly offset to the right of center and set back behind the ridge, with quoins on the corners. The upper storey has wooden cross-windows located under gabled half-dormers.
The ground floor of No 49 has a shop front that includes plain pilasters with scrolled brackets, which support a narrow flat cornice above a plain fascia. The entrance is centrally located and inset, featuring a half-glazed panelled door with a plain overlight. The shop windows on either side are plain-glazed. The interior has not been seen.
