Description
42 Clwyd Street is a one-and-a-half storey building that forms part of a group with 40 Clwyd Street. The exterior features an irregular four-window arrangement, rendered on a plinth, and topped with a slate roof that has a large central brick ridge stack.
The entrance to No 42 is centrally located and has a late 20th-century wooden door with small arched lights. The building has late 20th-century small-pane wooden windows, including a large top-hung window to the right of the entrance and two 2-light casements on the upper storey. The west gable end has two small windows on the ground floor. The rear of the building has not been seen. The interior has also not been viewed.
