Description

Pentre Gwyn is a two-storey, three-window range house, built in the 18th century. It is constructed of stone, rendered and has a slate roof with end wall stacks. The front features a central entrance with a panelled door and a lozenge-glazed overlight, sheltered by a slim canopy porch with a modillion cornice. Throughout the house, windows are 16-pane sashes set in flat-arched painted stone surrounds. The interior retains the original staircase, characterised by slim balusters, turned newels, and a swept rail.
