Description
The outbuildings at Plas Ifa feature a T-plan layout, consisting of a long, single-storey, timber-framed cowhouse that forms the stem, and a two-storey, rubble stone stable block that forms the cross wing. The roofs are made of asbestos and corrugated metal. The cowhouse is built on sloping ground and has horizontal weather-boarding above a rubble stone plinth, with a rubble stone northern gable. It includes four doors and a window, with a strap-hinged door on the western elevation. The stable block has three doorways and two windows on the ground floor, along with two windows and two vertical slot openings on the first floor of the southern elevation. The ground floor features a two-part door with strap hinges and remnants of a six-pane hinged window, as well as a window with a strap-hinged door on the first floor of the western elevation. The interior was not available for inspection.
