Description

The Toll Gatehouse is a single-storey building constructed from whitewashed rubble, topped with a slate roof featuring very wide boarded eaves. At the center, there is a tall roughcast chimney stack. The central bay of the building is advanced and splayed, with a later porch added to the front. It has deep stone lintels above three-light diamond-headed casement windows. The building also features half-glazed outer and inner doors. There are blocked windows on the gable ends and modern extensions at the rear.
