Description
The farm buildings at Trewyn Fawr form an L-shaped range that includes shippons and stables. They are constructed from roughly coursed whitewashed rubble and feature slate and corrugated tin roofs. The stable is located in the shorter west range and is a single-storey building with two doorways, each accompanied by a window. All openings have tooled slate lintels. To the right, there is a separate building with two doorways, one of which has a rough timber lintel.
In the longer south range, which contains the shippon, there is a low original doorway towards the center of the right-hand range on the north-facing elevation, along with an inserted opening near the corner with the stable. This range also has two upper windows and a small loft entry located below the eaves. Additionally, there is a further loft doorway accessed by steps towards the left of this range.
The lower south elevation features paired wide segmentally arched openings leading to a cart shed. The left-hand section has an added brick lean-to against the north wall, with doorways in the gable elevation and a central doorway in the rear south elevation, flanked by vents and two small square windows.
