Description

Ty'n-y-pistyll Villa is a two-storey house built of whitewashed stone rubble, featuring a hipped slate roof. The building has a double-pile plan and a three-bay front facing south. It includes a central panelled door flanked by 12-paned sash windows, with similar 9-paned sashes located above. All openings are adorned with painted wedge lintels and sills. The house has been extended by one bay to the east, which includes similar windows but features a lean-to roof behind a stepped parapet. The windows have been renewed to match the original pattern, and the chimneys have been rebuilt in brick.
