Description
The Lodge is a single-storey building constructed from snecked rubble with a slate roof and rubble chimney stacks, which have been heightened in brick. The front features three bays, with a gable on the left side, an ornately gabled porch in the centre topped with a finial, and a squared bay with a swept roof on the right.
The building has freestone window surrounds, cill bands, and porch dressings. It includes three-light windows, with a transom on the left, and a half-glazed door. The left gable end is set back and features a two-light window, while a parallel range is set back at the rear. The right-hand gable end also has a three-light window.
