Description
This is a three-storey shop building with a narrow one-bay street frontage, constructed of brick with a rendered facade and a slate roof. There is a reduced brick end chimney on the right side. The ground floor features a Victorian shop front, with the entrance located on the left and a shop window on the right. The shop window has a 2-pane main section and a 4-pane upper band. The entrance includes a contemporary 4-panel door topped by a plain rectangular overlight. Flanking the entrance are panelled pilasters, with an additional pilaster on the right that defines the shopfront. Each pilaster has a console above it that supports an angled fascia with a moulded cornice. The upper floors retain original unhorned windows: the first floor has a 12-pane window with a cambered head, while the second floor features a smaller 9-pane sash window.
