Description

Pont Ystrad is a bridge made of limestone rubble. It features segmental arches with rough-dressed stones that are set back slightly from the arch rings. There is a plain stringcourse on each side of the bridge. The rubble parapets are topped with limestone slab copings, and they are splayed at the approaches, ending in square piers at both ends.
