Description
17 Gloddaeth Street, including the verandah, is part of a group of five buildings located in Llandudno. These buildings date from the 19th century and stand three storeys tall with attics, each featuring two windows. They have slate roofs that are hipped towards Chapel Street and include two gabled dormers with sash glazing. The exterior is finished with roughcast render and has a bracketed cornice.
On the second floor, there are camber-headed windows with sash glazing. The first floor features two bowed oriel windows, also with sash glazing. The building includes a verandah supported by cast iron columns. This verandah is more elaborate than the others, with columns that have ornately worked spandrels and bands of cresting between them.
