Description
13 Gloddaeth Street is part of a group of five buildings located in Llandudno. These buildings date from the 19th century and are three storeys high, plus attics, with each building featuring two windows. They have slate roofs that are hipped towards Chapel Street and include two gabled dormers with sash glazing. The exterior is finished with roughcast render and has a bracketed cornice.
On the second floor, there are camber-headed windows with sash glazing. The first floor features two bowed oriel windows, also with sash glazing. A verandah supported by cast iron columns adds to the architectural character of the buildings. It is noted that the second floor has modern glazing that has replaced the original sashes.
