Description

6 Ael-y-Bryn Road is a two-storey house built in the simple Arts and Crafts style, featuring roughcast render and a slate roof with end wall and axial stacks. The design includes stepped asymmetrical gables that face the street. The central gable contains the porch and staircase, with the roof sloping down to the left over the shouldered archway of the porch, which aligns with the inner doorway. There is a narrow stair-window in the center. The recessed right-hand gable has a three-light metal casement window on each floor, and a similar window is located to the left of the entrance on the ground floor. The roofs overhang on bold plain brackets, and all windows have slight swept hood moulds above them.
