Description

Elwy and Tower View House are a pair of two-storey villas located on Cwlach Road in Llandudno. Each villa has three bays and features stucco exteriors with slate roofs. The gables have pierced bargeboards, with wide gables on the outermost and innermost bays, and narrow gables on the middle bays of each house. Each end bay includes a storeyed canted three-light bay window, while the middle bay of each house has a pointed window with interlacing tracery on the first floor and a doorway with a gabled canopy below. The innermost bay of each house has a plain sash window on the first floor and a canted bay window below. Both houses have front gardens that are enclosed by stone boundary walls, which feature rusticated stone piers at each end.
