Description

The greenhouse at Groes Hall is a rectangular structure with five bays. It features brick-built footings and a sill wall, with timber framing supporting the glazed walls and roof. The roof has a shaped ridge and a south gable finial. Access is through a half-glazed doorway at the north end, which has lower panels with chamfered surrounds. It is possible that heating for the greenhouse was supplied by the oven and fire in the nearby brewhouse.
