Description

The entrance gates and walls to Groes Hall date from the 19th century. The wide entrance gates are set back behind a rubble boundary wall. The gates and the flanking railings feature vertical rails topped with fleur de lys finials. The gates include a lock rail and a curving rail that rises towards the center. The rubble walls are topped with distinctive 'cock and hen' copings and end in square rubble piers.
