Description

The gatepiers and walls at the entrance to Bryn Mair are made of rusticated ashlar. The gatepiers feature bolection moulding above their bases, along with moulded collars and caps supported by brackets. The sidewalls are convex and constructed from ashlar, with bolection moulding over the plinth and ovolo moulded capstones. The end pilasters are rusticated in a manner similar to the gatepiers, but they lack collars or brackets on their moulded caps.
