Description
Pont Pennant, also known as Pont Ty'n-y-fach, is a bridge constructed from irregular local stone rubble. It features a segmental arch made of rubble voussours, which spans approximately 6 meters and springs off high vertical abutments. The arch rises to 2.65 meters above the water and has flush spandrels, supporting a carriageway that is 2.5 meters wide with 25-centimeter parapets. The bridge is now bypassed by a later road bridge situated alongside it.
