Description
Y Bwthyn is a one-and-a-half storied building constructed of rubble, featuring an old slate roof. It has a rectangular plan, with the gable facing the road having canted sides and a half-hipped roof. There is a central stack with plain capping and weather-coursing. The road-facing side includes a central, recessed slate tariff plaque with a 4-pane casement window above it. There are similar flanking windows on the ground floor, with the left window having 2 panes, and further 4-pane windows on the sides. A later porch has a boarded door facing the road on the northeast side, along with a flat-roofed dormer that contains a window similar to those previously mentioned. At the rear, there is a single-storey modern extension.
