Description

The Telford Milestone is made of dressed Anglesey limestone and features a shallow triangular head with raking chamfered sides. It has a cast iron inset plate with white lettering on a black background that reads: HOLY- / HEAD / 47 / C. CURIG / 7M - 5F / CERNIOGE / 6M – 6F. Below the plate, there is a benchmark on the stone.
