Description
Maes-y-pandy Farmhouse is a 19th-century building constructed from regularly coursed local rubble stone, topped with slate roofs that feature wide eaves. The farmhouse has a 'T'-plan layout, comprising a two-storey front block with a cellar and three window bays, alongside an approximately symmetrical rear wing that includes some lean-to additions.
The central entrance is set within a rendered and lined gabled porch that is open at the front, featuring a part-glazed door with a leaded overlight. On the ground floor, there are tall eight-paned horned sash windows with stone lintels on either side of the entrance, while the first floor has three sixteen-paned sash windows without horns. An outbuilding is attached to the left gable end. The two-bay rear wing is also two storeys high, with doors located in the angles. The building was not accessible at the time of inspection.
