Description
1 Y Lawnt is a building constructed with coursed rubble masonry and features a moderately pitched modern slate roof with close eaves. It has a rendered stone stack and water tabling. The front elevation is symmetrical with two windows for No 1, while No 2 has one window and a doorway to the right. The first-floor windows have shallow upper sashes with nine panes. Above No 1, there is a flat lead-roofed dormer, raised under the eaves, while No 2 has twelve-pane sash windows on the ground floor with stone lintels. The doors are modern, and No 2 includes a three-pane rectangular fanlight. At the rear, there is a shallow gabled dormer with modern fenestration.
