Description

2 Y Lawnt is a building constructed with coursed rubble masonry and features a moderately pitched modern slate roof with close eaves. It has a rendered stone stack and water tabling. The front elevation is symmetrical with two windows for No 1, while No 2 has one window and a doorway to the right. The first-floor windows are shallow upper sashes with nine panes. Above No 1, there is a raised flat lead-roofed dormer for No 2. The ground floor has twelve-pane sash windows with stone lintels, and there are modern doors. No 2 also features a three-pane rectangular fanlight. At the rear, there is a shallow gabled dormer with modern fenestration.
