Description

6 Y Lawnt is a pair of two-window cottages that are canted forward at the center. They are constructed of coursed rubble masonry and feature a gently pitched slate roof with oversailing eaves, close verges, and modern bargeboards. The cottages have stone stacks and water tabling.

On the first floor, there are shallow upper sashes with 9-pane windows, although No 5 has modern glazing. The ground floor features 12-pane sash windows, except for No 5, which has deep stone lintels above. The doorways are adorned with 3-pane rectangular fanlights. No 4 retains its original flush panel door, while Nos 3 and 4 have stone thresholds and slate doorsteps.
