Description

Tegfryn, located at Nos 1-3 Peniel Terrace, consists of three cottages arranged as two two-window units (Nos 2 and 3) and a single-window end unit (No 1). The two units have central entrances with boarded doors and plain overlights, flanked by 12-pane 19th-century sash windows. No 1 features a similar door with a sash window to the left. Each cottage retains its original 9-pane sashes located under the eaves on the first floor. At the rear, each cottage has 9 and 12-pane first floor windows, with the latter set within distinctive gabled dormers, one for each cottage, featuring upper sash sections with triangular heads. The ground floor includes further 12-pane sashes and an entrance to No 3. Nos 1 and 2 have single-storey rear extensions, while No 1 has modern windows on its roughcast gable end.
