Description

This is an early 19th-century T-shaped agricultural range known as a cartshed with granary, constructed from rubble masonry. It features moderately pitched quarry slate roofs with close verges and plain eaves. The gabled cartshed is set forward, with a loading door for the granary located in the gable end, topped with a stone lintel.

On the ground floor, there are twin entries to the cartshed; the right entry has a deep stone lintel, while the left has a timber lintel. To the left, there is a lean-to stable that shares the same rubble masonry and slate roof. This stable includes a small window at the front with a stone lintel, a split door at the rear, and a staircase leading up to the granary, with a plank door positioned under the eaves. Additionally, there is a small window with a shutter located under the eaves on the right side elevation.

The main range aligns with the adjacent house, featuring a window under the eaves above the doorway, which also has a stone lintel and is next to the gable end of the house. There is a pitching door on the east gable end, again with a stone lintel and a plank door. The ground floor includes a broad stable split door, which has broad fillets to the planks and is a folding door with a deep stone lintel. The rear elevation also has a broad split door with a stone lintel.
