20 Y Graig (Sunnyside)

20 Y Graig (Sunnyside) is part of a terrace of five two-storey houses located in Tremadog, constructed from local stone. The stone is roughly coursed and squared for No 9, while the other houses feature random rubble with larger quoins. The terrace has stone lintels, a slate roof, and six stone stacks. No 21 is a later addition to the row, single-fronted with its windows and door on the right, which have been replaced in their original openings. The left gable end of No 21 is painted black, and there is a lean-to at the back. A vertical joint separates Nos 20 and 21. Nos 20, 19, and 10 are also single-fronted with entrances on the right. No 20 is the best preserved, featuring a boarded door with an overlight and four-pane hornless sash windows. Nos 19 and 9 have had their doors and windows replaced in the late 20th century, but they remain in their original openings. No 9 is double-fronted, with its door and windows also replaced in original openings, and it includes a flat-roof rear wing. This group of houses includes 9-10 and 19-21 Y Graig (Sunnyside).
