Description

16 and 18 Penybryn Road are two-storey houses built from rubble stone with slate roofs and three stone chimneys. Each house has a double front with recessed triple casement windows and a central door. The windows feature large stone or slate slab lintels and slate sills, with small panes arranged in a 6-pane configuration above and an 8-pane configuration below.

The entrance includes a five-panel door with an overlight. There is also an original slate front wall that includes four piers, low iron railings, and an iron gate.
