Description

Bron y Garth Lodge is a single-storey building constructed of rubble stone, featuring a renewed slate roof with skylights at the rear and a roughcast chimney stack behind. The main openings are adorned with freestone ogee lintels made of reddish stone, which may have been reused. The front of the lodge is asymmetrical and has three windows, with the entrance located to the left of center. This entrance is framed by a polygonal open porch supported by rustic posts and topped with a prominent hipped roof. The entrance door is vertical-ribbed. To the left of the entrance is a small-pane window, while to the right is a replacement oriel window. Further to the right, there is a vertical joint and an extension made of smaller rubble stone, which features a small-pane sash window under a gable. This window is also likely topped with an ogee lintel that has been reused from the original side wall of the lodge. The left gable end includes a small-pane sash window. The building has not been inspected.
