Description
Larbrax Lodge is a single-storey, three-bay lodge built after 1847. It is constructed of rubble with chamfered cream sandstone ashlar margins around the windows and features overhanging eaves on the north side.
On the north elevation, there is a boarded door at the center, adorned with decorative iron hinges. Above the door, a small gabled roof is supported by iron piers, creating an open porch. The gable includes a timber kingpost and a flower-shaped finial. Windows are located in the outer bays.
The west elevation has a window at the center, while the east elevation also features a central window. On the south elevation, there is a single light window to the right. A flat-roofed brick addition is attached at the center and left, with a further extension added to the rear in 1993.
The lodge has uPVC glazing in two-light casement windows. The former ashlar ridge stack has been replaced with a rendered concrete-coped stack, and there is a concrete ridge at the center. The roof is covered with small grey slates and a cream sandstone ridge.
