Description
Tegfan and the adjoining cottage to the right are a pair of single-storey cottages, each originally designed with a one-room plan. They are constructed from snecked rubblestone and feature a pyramidal slate roof. The left cottage, Tegfan, still has its original large slates and both cottages share a tall central chimney stack. The entrances are located on the left and right sides, with single windows on either side of the stack; these windows are 20th century but fit within the original openings. The entrance to Tegfan has been incorporated into a 20th-century flat-roofed addition at the front, while the entrance to the right cottage has a 20th-century porch with a tin roof and a half-glazed door, along with an additional lean-to structure extending from the front. The interior was not accessible during the survey.
