Description

Tegfan and Ynyth Pair of single-fronted, 2-storey houses in random rubble with slate roofs. Tegfan has an external stack in stone and a gabled projection at the rear. The front has 3-light casements in each storey, in the upper below the wall plate, in the lower beneath a segmental head. Doorway to right under an inserted brick segmental head, and with ledged and battened door. Ynyth has an external stack, part replaced in brick, and a random rubble lean-to on its gable end. The front has a 3-light casement in the upper storey, and a small-pane, fixed light in the lower. To the left is a ledged and battened door under a stone segmental head. The lean-to has a ledged and battened door under a brick segmental head to the front, with a small 2-light top hung casement in a brick surround beside it. In the lateral wall is a 6-pane fixed light below the wall plate.

Not accessible at the time of inspection (April-May 1996). Said to be single-unit houses with a stair to undivided upper chamber.
