Pen-y--Gribin and Bwth-yn-y-Bryn with rear attached outbuilding and stone steps adjoining to

Pen-y-Gribin and Bwth-yn-y-Bryn is an early 19th-century terrace consisting of two houses, each with three windows, which have undergone significant alterations. The buildings are two stories tall with an attic and are constructed of rubble, topped with a modern slate roof. They feature three squat chimneys with weather coursing and four modern wooden gabled dormers. The houses are designed symmetrically as mirrored units, with central part-glazed modern doors and modern two-part horizontally divided windows. At the rear, there is a shared outbuilding attached as a small wing, built in the same style, with recessed boarded doors on both sides and single boarded-up windows. Stone steps ascend the hillside immediately to the southwest. The interiors have been modernized, although No. 2 retains a plain, full-height early 19th-century well stair with a swept mahogany rail.
