Description
Penlan Chapel Hall is a 5-bay building with a left side featuring similar windows set in shallow recesses. The hall range extends by one bay on the left side, while the right side has small pane windows.
The hall has a pedimented scribed render elevation facing Mitre Place, which includes pilasters. The base of the pediment is interrupted by a round-arched blind central window, complete with quoins and a cill band. Below this, there are three similar openings with imposts, and small pane sash windows with marginal glazing bars flank a double door entrance. The hall also has a high panelled base and is bordered by a low rubble wall in the forecourt.
