Description
Nos. 5 and 6 Ffrwd Galed in Tregarth, Llandegai, are a symmetrical pair of single-storey cottages, each with two rooms and lofts. They are built from coursed rubblestone, with the right gable end rendered. The cottages feature a slate roof with slate coping along the verges. Each cottage has a central entrance, flanked by 3-light windows with 18 panes and slate cills. The left cottage, No. 6, has a boarded door, while No. 5 on the right has a 4-panel door beneath a gabled open timber porch. Both cottages have integral end stacks and a shared ridge stack in the center, all topped with stepped capping and slate drips. There is also a loft window on the right gable end. The interior was not accessible during the survey. This pair of cottages belongs to a group of two.
